A tale of the mysterious Hadoti region of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Hadoti has many hidden stories, Nhaan is one of them.

It is the story of a mysterious 500 years old tradition. In Hadoti, a village, Sangod, once widely known for its exorcists, becomes a stage of drama for five days.

These five days are called Nhaan, when the gestalt of the village transforms completely and it turns into a land from distant past.

The film explores the faith of people in their folk culture. It seeks to know the significance and the need for these ancient traditions in the modern world. It searches for the underground supply of water to the roots of folk cultures, and it feels the oxygen these festivals give to mankind from the distant past to this day.
